Cody R. Fyock, 23, died on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 in Brookville.

Born May 21, 1987, in DuBois, he was a son of Pamela R. Himes Fyock and the late Larry R. Fyock. He was married to Heather L. Nicholson. She survives.

He had been a welder with Trail King of Brookville. He was employed by Jack Gibson Construction of Ohio.
He was a member of Greater Pennsylvania Regional Council of Carpenter’s Union Local No. 2235 as a pile driver. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman and enjoyed riding all-terrain vehicles, restoring trucks and time with his wife on their property.

He is survived by one brother, Cory R. (Tabitha Snyder) Fyock, Corsica; maternal grandfather, Mervin Himes, Brookville; maternal grandmother, Dorothy Mauk, Emerickville; and one nephew.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Richard and Bernice Fyock.

Friends will be received from 2-4 p.m. today at McKinney Funeral Home, Brookville. A funeral service will be held at 4 p.m. today at the funeral home with the Rev. J. Ray Baker officiating. Burial will be in Emerickville Church of God Cemetery, Emerickville. Memorial donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
