VENANGO COUNTY, Pa. – State Police in Franklin made one of the area’s most unusual DUI arrests in recent memory early Sunday morning.

Police said Antonjia L. Dunlap of Titusville was arrested on DUI charges after “she pulled up to a marked patrol car to see what the police were doing.”

The incident occurred on Troy Center Rd. in Plum Twp., Venango County, at approximately 3:10 a.m. on Sunday.
