CLARION, Pa. – State police in Clarion say they are investigating the rape of an underage boy that allegedly occurred between 1976 and 1987.

According to police, a 39-year-old man was interviewed in reference to another investigation involving a known 60-year-old suspect.

During the interview, the 39-year-old man revealed that he had allegedly been sexually assaulted by the suspect an unspecified number of times between 1976 and 1987.

The victim would have been between the ages of 3 and 14 at the time of the alleged assaults.

Police said an investigation is ongoing and charges are pending.
