65-year-old Knox Woman Arrested on DUI Charges

KNOX, Pa. – A 65-year-old Knox woman was arrested on DUI charges on Friday evening.

Clarion-based state police said Mary Moulin, 65, Knox, caused a traffic hazard by stopping her vehicle in the westbound travel lane of Rt. 322 in Elk Twp at approximately 11:30 p.m. Friday.

Ms. Moulin was subsequently arrested for DUI.
