Two Arrested on Retail Theft Charges

CLARION, Pa. – Two people were arrested on retail theft charges at Walmart in Clarion on Friday.

State police in Clarion said Codey D. Altman, 21, Knox, and Siara M. Mohney, 19, Clarion, were arrested on retail theft charges after allegedly concealing and removing items from Walmart in Clarion without paying for them.

Charges are pending.
