MARIENVILLE, Pa. – State police in Marienville are investigating an alleged weapons offense that occurred at SCI Forest last Wednesday.

Police said a known inmate was found to be in possession of a sharpened toothbrush object known as a “shank”.

An investigation is ongoing.
