James E. Mock

James E. Mock, Sr., age 62 of Barger Hollow Road, Parker died on Thursday, January 26, 2012 at his home.

Mr. Mock was born on December 19, 1949 in Frederick County MD a son of Henry H. and Catherine (Shane) Mock. Mr. Mock was married to the former JoAnn Harvey who survives. He was owner of J&J Drywall and worked in the construction industry for many years. He enjoyed trekking through the woods and loved the company of his friends and family.

In addition to his wife, Mr. Mock is survived by his son, James E. (Lori) Mock, Jr.; his daughters JoAnn (James) Danik and Jennifer (John) Duespohl; his brothers Henry H. Mock, Jr., and J. Harrison Mock; his sisters Mary Humphries, Elaine Higgs, Edith Goff; his grandchildren Jonah and Tabitha Mock, Josie and Hunter Danik, and Hailey Duespohl. He is also survived by three close sisters-in-law, Patti (Rod) Kriebel, Pam (Dave) Wayman, and Vicki (Jim) Fahrenhold; lots of loving nieces and nephews, and one very special one, Jill, who took care of him during most of his illness. Charles Zellefrow and Connie Fenstermaker and their daughter Olivia cared for Mr. Mock during his illness and became part of the extended family.

There will be no public visitation. A memorial celebration will be held at 4:00pm on Saturday, January 28 at the Callensburg Fire Hall.

The family suggest memorial donations be made to Clarion County PAWS or to a Humane Society of one’s choice.

  1. That movie was frickin awesome, granted the anime is cool too but that was just awesome. I don’t know why all you people are saying the acting was bad, it actually was really good. The guy who played L acted exactly like L does in the anime.I mean exactly like him, in every way. And to whoever said Ryuk was bad wrong completely wrong.
