71-year-Old Man, Teen Girl Arrested for Retail Theft at Cranberry Walmart

CRANBERRY, Pa. – State police in Franklin arrested two Venango County residents on retail theft charges yesterday.

Police said Larry W. Spence, 71, Oil City, and Dawn M. Parker, 19, Seneca, were arrested on retail theft charges after they were allegedly observed “removing price tags from various items” at Walmart in Cranberry.

The alleged incident occurred yesterday at approximately 2:30 p.m..
