OIL CITY, Pa. – A 21-year-old Oil City man has been arrested in connection with an armed robbery that took place in Venango County in November.

Franklin-based state police said Faron Leroy Tucker II, 21, Oil City, was charged with one count of felony robbery and one count of terroristic threats in connection with an armed robbery at Sutch’s Midway Lounge in Rouseville on 11/3/11.

Police said Tucker allegedly entered the lounge, pointed a handgun at a 77-year-old woman, and stole money from the cash register.

Tucker, who was already in Venango County Jail on charges from two other area robberies at Spanky’s Tobacco World in Seneca and Kwik Fill in Titusville, was arraigned before District Justice Fish.

Bail was set at $150,000.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for 2/8/12.
