Clarion Man Charged with Harassment Following Trailer Park Dispute

CLARION, Pa. – A 27-year-old Clarion man was charged with harassment stemming from an incident at a trailer park in Clarion Twp. yesterday afternoon.

According to police, Shawn Smith, 27, Clarion, allegedly struck a 22-year-old Clarion man in the neck and ribs at a residence at 300 South 4th Ave in Clarion Township.

Harassment charges were filed against Smith at District Court 18-3-01.
