PAINT TWP., Pa. – State police in Clarion are investigating a hit-and-run that took place yesterday morning in Paint Township.

Clarion-based state police said a driver illegally parked a car in a parking lot at Clarion Fiberboard sometime around 8:00 a.m. yesterday.

While attempting to exit the parking space, the driver backed his vehicle into a parked car.

The driver then fled the scene.
