Say What?!: Bald Suspect Accused of Stealing Rogaine

Police are on the hunt for a thief who may be out to grow some new hair.

Authorities in New York are searching for two men who fled a CVS Pharmacy on Long Island with about $150 worth of Rogaine hair regrowth products.

One of the two men caught on surveillance footage is bald.
