STRATTANVILLE, Pa. – A case of debit card fraud has been reported in Strattanville Borough.

State police in Clarion said someone used a 28-year-old Strattanville man’s debit card to make online purchases.

The charges were made between 1/19/12 and 1/24/12.

An investigation is ongoing.
