Evelyn “Emy” M. Norcross, 55, of Mark Drive, Seneca, died at 10:47 a.m. on Sunday, February 5, 2012 at her residence.

Born December 23, 1956 in Franklin, PA, she was the daughter of Donald Tarr, Sr. and Beverly Boughner Tarr.

Emy was a homemaker and enjoyed bird watching, arts and crafts, watching NCIS, and spending time with her family and grandchildren, especially Bella and Natalie.

She is survived by her mother, Beverly Boughner Tarr of Bradleytown; two daughters, Angel Wood of Cambridge Springs and Missy Tidd of Seneca; three brothers, Donald Tarr, Jr. of Bradleytown, Steve Tarr of Bradford, and Tim Tarr and his wife, Kim of Bradleytown; a sister, Diana Blake and her husband, Roger of Diamond; four grandchildren, Kosh Tarr of Oil City, Matthew Tarr of Cambridge Springs, and Brandon and Alexis Wood, both of Seneca; and her great-granddaughter, Bella Tarr of Cambridge Springs.

Evelyn was preceded in death by her father, Donald Tarr, Sr.

Services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment will take place in Cooperstown Cemetery. Gardinier Funeral Home, Inc., 1315 Chestnut Street, Franklin is handling the arrangements.
