Corsica Man Charged with Harassment

CORSICA, Pa. – Police said a 45-year-old Corsica man was charged with harassment stemming from incident that occurred on Feb. 1.

State police in Clarion said David Shoup, 45, Corsica, allegedly threatened harm to a 57-year-old man via telephone on 2/1/12.

Harassment charges were filed at District Court 18-3-02.
