Police Fire Shots at Man in Oil City

No one was hurt in an incident that happened this afternoon in downtown Oil City. City police say they were responding to a criminal complaint at a home in the 400 block of East Avenue when a man pointed a handgun at them.

Police fired three shots in response, no one was hurt.
