3 Accused of Stealing $20k Worth of Metal

PORTER, Pa. – Charges are pending against three men who allegedly stole $20k worth of metal from a Porter Twp. business.

Police said Tyler Aaron Davis, 18, New Bethlehem, Cody J. Ferringer, age unknown, Templeton, and Collin D. Polka, 19, Templeton, allegedly stole several pieces of metal from a business at 24 St. Charles Rd. sometime between 3/3/11 and 3/4/11.

The metal is valued at approximtely $20,000.

Charges will be filed through District Court 18-3-04.
