Judith A. Proctor, age 66 of 665 Dick Road, Greenville (Salem Twp.) formerly of Venus passed away at 3:32 am on Friday, February 10, 2012 at her residence following a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born on October 1, 1945 in Oil City a daughter of the late Kenneth and Dorothy (Miller) Moon. She was graduate of Cranberry High School. She was homemaker who enjoyed attending car shows, playing bingo, spending time with her family and friends, gardening, canning, attending fairs. She attended church at First Baptist Church of Greenville.

She is survived by her Covenant partner of 26 years Charles Snodgrass of Greenville, 3 daughters, Rhonda Rardin and her husband Clint of Mexico City, Mexico, Marcy Welch of Oil City and Regina Proctor of Greenville. 3 brothers, Kenneth Moon and his wife Twila of Oil City, Harry Moon and wife Donna of Oil City, Donald Moon of Venus, 2 sisters, Bonnie Linn of Seneca and Betty Batton of Cochranton. Six grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by parents, an infant brother James Moon, 2 sisters Barbara Strohmyer and Phyllis Burnette and a granddaughter Abigail Rardin.

The Funeral Service Celebrating the Life of Judy will be held on Monday, February 13, 2012 at 11:00 am at the Faith Baptist Church, 235 Horsecreek Road, Seneca with Pastor Larry Williams officiating. The interment will be at the Brandon Cemetery, Cranberry Twp. Friends may call at the church on Monday, February 13, 2012 from 10:00 to 11:00 am and are invited to share memories and condolences with the family online at www.rlsfh.com. Arrangement are with Robert L. Snyder Funeral Home, Ltd. 3223 Perry Hwy. Sheakleyville.
