Kenneth S. “Nugget” Snyder, 82, of Snydersburg, died suddenly, Wednesday evening, February 15, 2012 at Clarion Hospital. Born May 1, 1929, in Lucinda he was the son of the late Francis C. and Elva M. Schmader Snyder. He married the former Anna M. Rapp on November 14, 1953 at St. Michael Church in Fryburg and she survives.

Mr. Snyder worked for Joe’s Garage in Tylersburg and then became owner of Ken’s Fix-It Shop in Snydersburg. He was a member of St. Joseph Church in Lucinda. He enjoyed his afternoon meetings at the Sawmill Restaurant in Leeper and fishing. He was an avid solitaire player.
