Clarion Man Charged with Retail Theft

CLARION, Pa. – A 20-year-old man has been charged with retail theft stemming from an incident that took place at a store in Clarion last week.

Police said Randy Keener, 20, Clarion, allegedly removed 3 DVDs from Clarion Walmart on 2/16/12 at approximately 4:00 p.m.

Charges were filed at District Court 18-3-02.
