Police: Shippenville Man ‘Victimized Female Juvenile’; Felony Charges Pending

SHIPPENVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — State Police in Clarion are investigating a report of an assault that allegedly occurred in Elk Township, Clarion County.

Police say the incident happened on March 24 around 10:00 p.m. when 22-year-old Ethan Andrew Hannold, of Shippenville, allegedly “victimized a female juvenile.”

The victim is listed as a known 17-year-old Shippenville girl.

Police list the nature of the incident as Robbery/Assault/Theft.

Specific details surrounding the alleged incident have not yet been released.

Charges, which include multiple felony offenses, are pending through District Magistrate 18-3-03.

Hannold is currently incarcerated in the Clarion County Jail on a parole violation.
