Police File Drug-Related Charges Against 10 in Jefferson County

JEFFERSON COUNTY, Pa. — Sources say drug charges have been filed against 10 people from the Jefferson County area.

According to a published article in wjactv.com, Punxsutawney-based State Police organized a nine-month investigation which led to the accusations.

Police say the following Jefferson County individuals have been charged: Tara Keller, Kayla Stiver, Lisa Rugh, Mark McCullough, David Weaver, Shayla Dicello, David Blose, Ty Kelly, Thomas Anderson, and Megan Meredith.

Sources say the charges are related to violations of the Controlled Substance, Drug Device, and Cosmetic Act.

According to sources, the following drugs have been identified in the investigation: heroin, marijuana, prescription pills, and molly (most commonly known as ecstasy).

During the week of May 20, Rodrick Bloom, 51, Ryan Brownlee, 24, Kenneth Ball, 51, all of Punxsutawney, and Donald Kelley, 21, of Pittsburgh, were arrested on drug delivery charges.

Officials say three individuals are still at large, and they expect more charges to be filed in the future.
