One Vehicle Accident on Route 338 Results in DUI Arrest

CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — A vehicle struck a guide rail after the driver lost control around 1:30 a.m. Sunday on Route 338 in Richland Township, Clarion County.

Clarion state police said the vehicle was traveling east on Route 338 when the driver lost control while negotiating a left curve on the snow-covered roadway.

The vehicle then crossed the center line, entered the west bound lane, struck a guide rail and then came to rest.

The operator of the vehicle was arrested for DUI, according to police.

The driver was wearing his seat belt and was not injured.

Police did not release the driver’s name.
