Reatha J. Monarch, 88, of Franklin died peacefully at 7 AM Monday, March 31, 2014 in The Caring Place of Franklin with her family by her side following a period of declining health.

She was born March 4, 1926 in Franklin, a beloved daughter of the late: Rollie John Mong and Louise D. Harkless Mong.

Interment will be in St. Patrick Cemetery.
