Alleged Stalker Tosses Sexually Explicit Note in Victim’s Car

MONROE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say around 9:38 a.m. on April 11, a stalking incident occurred at Staples Plaza, in Clarion, Monroe Township.

According to police, Jessie High, Jr., of Youngstown, OH (living in Clarion), was seen driving around Staples Plaza and allegedly followed a known victim to WalMart and back to Staples Plaza.

High was seen driving around Staples Plaza again, and he allegedly walked past the victim’s vehicle and threw a note into her vehicle that was sexual in nature.

He was charged with harassment.

No other information was provided.
