Woman, 3 Children Injured in Route 62 Rollover

PRESIDENT TWP., Pa. (EYT) – Four people were injured in an accident on Route 62 this morning.

Franklin-based State Police say the accident happened around 10:15 a.m. when Debra L. Hinderliter, 41, of Tionesta, lost control of her 2010 Chevrolet Traverse while traveling South on State Route 62, just east of McPherson Road.

Police say Hinderliter’s vehicle subsequently left the roadway and crashed into an embankment before rolling over.

Ms. Hinderliter suffered injuries of an unknown severity.

Three passengers in her vehicle, a 1-year-old female, a 2 year-old female, and a 7-year-old female, all suffered minor injuries.

A fourth passenger, John J. Hinderliter, 47, of Tionesta, escaped injury.

All occupants were transported to UPMC Northwest by Community Ambulance.
