SCRUBGRASS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Franklin-based State Police say an incident of criminal mischief occurred on Stone Road, in Emlenton, Scrubgrass Township, Venango County.

According to police, sometime between 1:30 p.m. on April 11 and 8:00 a.m. on April 12, an unknown perpetrator(s) threw rocks at a 78-year-old woman’s 2001 PT Cruiser causing damage to the left rear quarter panel and also breaking a window on the left rear of the vehicle.
