CLARION, Pa. — The Clarion University softball team will be holding its annual “Support Second Base” Weekend when they play IUP and Slippery Rock April 18 and 19 at Memorial Field.
The “Support Second Base” weekend for the Golden Eagles brings awareness to Breast Cancer and raises money for The Cancer Center at Clarion Hospital.
To raise money, the team is selling t-shirts for $12 and will also be collecting donations for pink ribbons as well as holding drawings for door prizes April 19 when it hosts Slippery Rock.
