Polka-Dot Macaroons — A scrumptious cookie for your Easter cookie tray!

Polka-Dot Macaroons

Ingredients

5 cups flaked coconut
1 — 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups M&M’s Minis

Directions

~Preheat oven to 350°.

~In a large bowl, combine coconut, milk, and flour; mix well. Stir in M&M’s.

~Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls 2″ apart onto greased baking sheets. Bake 8-10 minutes. Remove from pans to wire racks to cool.

~Makes about 4-1/2 dozen.
