MONROE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a Strattanville man was arrested for public drunkenness around 10:39 a.m. on April 19, on Timberbridge Road, in Monroe Township, Clarion County.
According to police, a 36-year-old Strattanville man was found handcuffed to a telephone pole at the above location.
Police say Space was allegedly found to be intoxicated and claims to have cuffed himself to the pole.
He was charged with Public Drunkenness.
