Clarington Man Faces Felony Charges for Indecent Assault of Teenage Girl

BARNETT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — A Clarington man faces several charges following a police investigation into allegations that he inappropriately violated a 14-year-old girl.

According to a criminal complaint, On September 13, 2013, Trooper Watters, of PSP Marienville, received a report of suspected child abuse from Jefferson County Children and Youth Services.

The report indicated that a known 14-year-old female had disclosed to a high school guidance counselor that an unnamed relative had touched her chest inappropriately sometime over the summer.

On September 26, 2013, Trooper Watters interviewed the victim, and she allegedly identified the perpetrator as 59-year-old Randall Bryan Graham, of Clarington.

According to the criminal complaint, the 14-year-old victim advised that on two occasions during the month of June 2013, while in the Graham’s garage, he had allegedly put his hands up under her shirt and felt her breasts and had put his hands down her pants and touched her genitals.

The victim advised Trooper Watters that Graham allegedly told her the next time he would take her somewhere and do the “real thing” and it would be okay because he was “fixed,” according to district court documents.

Graham was arrested on May 12; he faces the following charges:

– 2 counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault W/O Consent, Felony 2
– 2 counts of Aggravated Indecent Assault — Comp Less Than 16, Felony 2
– 2 counts of Corruption Of Minors — Defendant Age 18 or Above, Felony 3
– 2 counts of Corruption of Minors, Misdemeanor 1
– 2 counts Indecent Assault-W/O Consent Of Other, Misdemeanor 2
– 2 counts of Indecent Assault Person Less 16 Yrs Age, Misdemeanor 2

Graham is awaiting a preliminary hearing.
