‘Kards for Kacey’ Campaign to Help Rimersburg Native’s Daughter in Fight Against Bone Cancer

kards-kacyRIMERSBURG, Pa. (EYT) — Friends and family of Kacey Risher, daughter of Krista Couvillon-Risher and Rimersburg native, Jeremy Risher, are asking for donations and words of encouragement to be sent to the “Kards for Kacey” campaign.

Doctors have confirmed Kacey’s diagnosis of Osteosarcoma (bone cancer). She was misdiagnosed previously with another illness. She is currently on round four of chemo treatments.

According to the campaign’s Facebook page, Kacey loves receiving mail. The page encourages cards to be sent to Kacey with words of encouragement in order to brighten her day and help her through her battle with cancer.

Kards for Kacey can be sent to:

7055 Blanding Blvd.
P.O. Box 440218
Jacksonville, Florida 32222

A gofundme.com account has also been created for Kacey to raise money to help with her medical expenses.
