CLARION, Pa. (EYT) – The Clarion 11-12 year old All-Stars will play Butler Township tonight at 8:00 at Weaver Park in the Pennsylvania Little League District 25 Championship game.

Clarion has gone unbeaten in the six-team double elimination tournament, opening tournament play with a 12-2 win over East Butler last Friday before knocking off Butler Township 9-2 Monday to reach tonight’s title game.

If Clarion wins, they will advance to the Section 1 tournament in Saegertown, which begins July 12. A Butler Township win tonight would force a third and final meeting between the two teams Saturday for the right to advance to the Section 1 tournament.
