CLARION, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say a Clarion man committed a PFA Violation on South 5th Avenue, in Clarion Township.

According to police, sometime between 8:00 a.m. on May 20 and 5:00 p.m. on May 23, 41-year-old Richard Blair Shilling, II, of Clarion, allegedly mailed a 43-year-old Clarion woman letters from jail.

Police say this incident is a violation of a PFA order against Shilling.
