Man Allegedly Pushes Girlfriend Out of Truck Cab, Throws Cup with Urine on Her Head

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Brookville Police say a 44-year-old man has been cited for Harassment following an incident that occurred at the Truck Stops of America parking lot in Brookville, Jefferson County.

According to police, around 11:41 p.m. on July 5, a 44-year-old Lemoyne, Pa., man was arguing with his girlfriend, and he pushed her out of the truck cab.

Police say the man threw a plastic cup which contained some urine in it, and the cup hit the victim’s head.

The man left the cup and some other items on the ground.

Police cited him for Harassment and Scattering Rubbish.

The names of the individuals involved were not released.
