Six Teens, One Adult Charged With Trespassing for Swimming in Reservoir in Brookville

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — Six teens and one adult were charged with Trespassing following an incident at Walter Dick Park, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

Following the completion of the investigation, Brookville Borough Police are issuing non-traffic citations to the following teens:

– 19-year-old female, of Brookville
– 18-year-old male, of Brookville
– 18-year-old male, of Brookville
– 20-year-old male, of Brookville
– 14-year-old juvenile male, of New Bethlehem
– 17-year-old juvenile male, of Brookville
– 17-year-old juvenile male, of Knox Dale

All individuals are being charged with trespassing after they were allegedly found swimming in the reservoir area north of the dam in North Fork Creek at the Walter Dick Park.

The incident occurred around 6:49 p.m. on July 1.

The names of the individuals were not released.
