Police Investigate Incident of Bad Checks in Forest County

JENKS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Police are investigating an incident of a bad check that was issued to Forest Recreation, on Bish Lane, in Jenks Township, Forest County.

According to Marienville-based State Police, a 39-year-old Cranberry woman issued a check to Forest Recreation, of Marienville, in the amount of $2,250.00.

The check was returned for insufficient funds.

The incident occurred sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on July 8.

The investigation continues.

No other information was provided.
