Leona F. Billotte

Member_136516Leona Billotte, 72, of Rimersburg, passed away on Monday, July 14, 2014, at her home.

She was born in Madison Twp. on June 1, 1942; she was the daughter of Arnold and Hazel Hollobaugh Hilliard.

Leona was a homemaker and a member of the Wildcat Wesleyan Methodist Church in Rimersburg.

She enjoyed gardening, crocheting, sewing, baking, cooking, canning, and taking care of her family.

She Survived by her five children, Angela Holly Sisson and her husband, Kenneth, of Vowinckel, Nicki Faye Billotte of Rimersburg, Carol Ann Bowser and her husband, Barry, of Clarion, and Carl Ardell Billotte and his wife, Lori, of Rimersburg; eleven grandchildren, Kenneth Sisson and his wife Sarah, Jon Sisson, Leland Davis Jr and his wife Jessica Lynn, Jessica Daun Davis, Tina Buchanon and her husband Matt, Patty Jagman and her husband Eric, Brittany Hetrick and her husband James, Daniel Davis and his companion, Brandy Thomas, Ailaina Croyle, Carla Jane Billotte, and Faith Ann Billotte; and fourteen great grandchildren, Gavin, Katelynn, Nevaeh, Jaedon, Grayson, Danielle, Daniel Jr, Leona, Jason, Jade, Sammie, Angeleia, Emmett, and Carolyn.

Also surviving are six siblings, Carol Sue Runyan of Rimersburg, Shirley Springer and her husband, Ray, of Rimersburg, Sherry Reid and her husband, James, of Clarion, Ruth Ann Hilliard of Clarion, Robin Hilliard or Warren, and Jeremy Hilliard and his wife, Pamela, of Clarion; and a number of nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents and a son, James Allen “Jimmy” Billotte.

Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 17, 2014, at the Burns Funeral Home & Crematorium Inc., 434 Main Street, Rimersburg.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Friday, July 18, 2014, in the funeral home with Rev. Mark Deeter, pastor of the Wesleyan Methodist Church, Rimersburg, officiating.
