Police Release Details on Theft by Deception at WalMart

MONROE TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Clarion-based State Police say an incident of Theft by Deception occurred at WalMart, on Perkins Road, in Monroe Township, Clarion County.

According to police, around 1:07 p.m. on June 16, a 32-year-old Trafford man entered WalMart and chose various items. Using an old receipt, the suspect returned the items and received a refund.

The name of the suspect was not released.

No other information was provided.

The investigation continues.
