EMLENTON, Pa. (EYT) — Police say two Emlenton men were charged with Disorderly Conduct following an alleged altercation that occurred around 8:35 p.m. on July 16 on Hill Street, in Emlenton, Venango County.

According to Franklin-based State Police, 45-year-old Robert Stephens and 21-year-old Todd Wolff, both of Emlenton, allegedly entered into a verbal argument at their residence.

Police say Stephens and Wolff then exited their home and entered the pavement of Hill Street and were still arguing, which included screaming that made excessive noise.
