PERRY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Punxsutawney-based State Police responded to a call about Criminal Mischief on Gas Well Road, near 5 Points Garage, in Punxsutawney, Perry Township, Jefferson County.

According to police, an unknown perpetrator(s) shot a blue polypropylene brine tank located at a well site approximately one mile east of Hamilton Markton Road.

The incident occurred sometime between June 13 and June 19.

The victim is XTO Energy in Warrendale, Pa.
