Brookville Man Arrested on Drug Charges

BROOKVILLE, Pa. (EYT) — According to Brookville Borough Police, a drug arrest was made around 7:07 p.m. on July 28, on Main Street, in Brookville, Jefferson County.

Police say a warrant of arrest was issued for a 28-year-old Brookville male relative to a trespassing incident at the Scarlett Cord.

According to police, the man was observed on Main Street and taken into custody.

Through a subsequent search of the defendant, he was allegedly found to be in possession of suspected marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

He was placed in the Jefferson County Jail pending further court action.

The name of the individual was not released.

No other information was provided.
