New Bethlehem Man Accused of Drug Possession

HOMER CITY, Pa. (EYT) — Sources say a New Bethlehem was charged with drug possession after being sent to Indiana Regional Medical Center for treatment of an alleged drug overdose.

According to a published article in indianagazette.com, 25-year-old Matthew Krafick, of New Bethlehem, was sent to Indiana Regional Medical Center on August 2.

Indiana-based State Police say he was allegedly found to be in possession of drugs and paraphernalia.

Krafick has been charged with the following offenses in Homer City District Court:

– Intentional Possession Controlled Substance By Per Not Registered, Misdemeanor
– Use/Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Misdemeanor
– Disorderly Conduct Hazardous/Physical Offense, Summary

A preliminary hearing is scheduled on September 3 at 1:45 p.m. in front of Magisterial District Judge Susanne V. Steffee.
