Police Report Alleged Public Intoxication Incident on Route 66

PAINT TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say a public intoxication incident allegedly occurred around 11:42 p.m. on August 2, on State Route 66, at Ashland Homes, in Paint Township, Clarion County.

According to police, 26-year-old Justin M. Barr was allegedly warned to leave the roadway.

Police say approximately 30 minutes later, Barr was allegedly back walking on the wrong side of the roadway still visibly intoxicated.

He was removed from the roadway and cited for Public Intoxication.
