State Police Asking for Public’s Help in Finding Camp Burglar

KINGSLEY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — Marienville-based State Police say a burglary occurred on Guitonville Road, in Marienville, Kingsley Township, Forest County.

According to police, sometime between 5:00 p.m. on August 2 and 11:00 p.m. on August 11, an unknown perpetrator(s) pried open a window on the back porch of a seasonal residence owned by a 47-year-old New Castle man and entered the residence.

The perpetrator(s) removed a bag of coins and paper currency from inside a drawer in the bedroom valued at $50.00 and also pried open a lock on the shed of the victim’s property.

The perpetrator(s) fled in an unknown direction.
