Donna Mumford Smith, 62, of Caldwell Corners Rd. Brookville, Pa., died Tuesday, August 12, 2014 at the Jefferson Manor in Brookville.

Donna was born on October 2, 1951 in Dubois, PA to Bernard Mumford and Ethel Nichols Mumford.

Donna was a US Army veteran.

She worked as a waitress and a bartender at the Gold Eagle Restaurant in Brookville for 20 years.

Donna was a member of the Brookville Fireman’s Club for many years, and especially loved her family.

She is survived by a Niece, 3 Nephews, 1 Great Nephew, and 1 Great Niece who she loved very much.

She is also survived by 2 Sisters: Shirley Mumford Dodge of Brookville, Pa. and Rose Whiteman.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother: Clair Mumford, a sister: Sara Ann Mumford, and a nephew: Robert J. Jim Wolfe Jr.

Private services will be held by the family at a later date.

McKinney Funeral Home in Brookville is in charge of arrangements.
