Man Accused of Firing Gun During Argument in Toby Township

TOBY TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Clarion-based State Police, around 10:30 a.m. on August 10, an incident of Reckless Endangering occurred on Reigel School Road, in Toby Township, Clarion County.

Police say a 51-year-old West Middlesex man went to a known suspect’s house after an argument had occurred via phone.

Upon the arrival of the victim, the argument began again, and the victim was asked to leave. When he didn’t leave, the known suspect fired a shot into the ground, according to police.

No other details were provided.
