Police Seek Information on Burglary from Summerville United Methodist Church

SUMMERVILLE BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — Punxsutawney-based State Police say a burglary occurred at Summerville United Methodist Church, in Summerville Borough, Jefferson County.

According to police, sometime between August 13 and August 16, an unknown perpetrator(s) gained entry into the Summerville United Methodist church via a door which had been inadvertently left open.

The perpetrator(s) removed a TV and DVD player from the church with an estimated total value of approximately $600.00.
