43-Year-Old Man Accused of DUI in Marienville

JENKS TOWNSHIP, Pa. (EYT) — According to Marienville-based State Police, around 6:18 a.m. on August 23, a DUI arrest occurred at the intersection of Walnut Street and Hemlock Street, in Marienville, Jenks Township, Forest County.

Police say 43-year-old Michael Samuel Bozik, of McDonald, Pa., was observed sleeping in his vehicle on the roadway at the above described location.

According to police, he was approached, and it was allegedly determined that he was under the influence of alcohol.

He was arrested for DUI and charged, police say.
