FRANKLIN, Pa. (EYT) — Oil Region Ballet will host the 1st Annual Tutu Trot 5K Run/Walk on Saturday, September 13 at 8 a.m. in Franklin.

The event will be held at the southern extension of the Samuel Justice Trail on the Allegheny River Trail located off of Route of 322.

Runners and walkers of all ages are invited to participate in the event.

Discounted pre-registration is offered and forms are available at oilregionballet.org or runhigh.com.

Race-day registration will begin at 7 a.m.

Pre-registered participants will receive a water bottle and awards will be given for overall winners and in each age division after the race.

Girls are invited to wear tutus and guys to wear ties.
